The Rush Chair, with its clean lines, woven rush platforms, and turned details, is a cross between traditional and contemporary design. This chair is a simplified hybrid of England and France's rural rush seat chairs in the 18th and 19th centuries and the Danish and French "Modernity" of the 1930s and 1940s.
